Inspire People to Encounter God

The heartbeat of our worship ministry is to inspire people to encounter God. John 4:24 says that God is "seeking" or looking for true, authentic worshipers and this is the reason we desire to be a worshiping church.  We want to inspire people to have a personal life-changing encounter with God.  We want people to live a lifestyle of worship unto God on a daily basis,

and we want to put Jesus at the center of our lives and our corporate gatherings.

Seeking Clarity of God's Word

Our preaching messages and study this year at Bermudian Church are based on verses and truths of Psalm 119, as Pastor Larry leads us through each verse.  In looking deeper at the entire chapter, we can discover so much wisdom; hidden gems that reveal the richness of our God coming to life through its words.

Found in the center of God's Word, Psalm 119 is the longest chapter in the Bible.  Important themes, found throughout its 176 verses, focus on Truth, necessity of God's Word and on His very character.

The overall message of Psalm 119 focuses on the truth of God's Word.  It encourages us through every generation to stay close and focused on His Word, no matter what swirls around us in this world.  Living in the freedom and knowledge of God's ways, obeying His law above all else, and keeping in step with His commandments is the only way to truly live wise, strong lives.

God's Word is powerful, living and active.  It never changes, because He never changes.  He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.  His words are breathed straight from His heart to us, a love letter for life, not simply an old-fashioned, outdated book with no relevance for today.

Psalm 119 reminds us that God's very character is reflected through  His Word.  He is Righteous.  He is Faithful.  He is Unchanging.  He is True.  And, the opening 2 verses remind us that we are "blessed" as we walk in His Truth, and seek Him with our whole heart.

Bermudian Worship Team

The Bermudian Worship Band is for leading the congregation in song and worship of our Lord Jesus.  We have a love for music yes, but we also have a love for our Lord and want to sing His praises

We are always looking for experienced players and singers to help lead our congregation in worship.  The band is made up of both young and older musicians wanting to play with excellence in praising Jesus.

If you have an interest in our worship team and desire to contribute, please contact the church office.  The worship band does require an audition, and placement will be based on your skill levels, attitude and openness to serve.
